Data Processing & Privacy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNWO handles data when providing its website, user panel, subscription management and network acceleration services. Data is processed only as needed to deliver the service, maintain accounts, complete orders, troubleshoot issues and keep systems running. By using the service, you confirm that you have read this policy. If you disagree with these practices, please stop using the relevant features.

Data Collected and How It Is Used

No email address is required to register; a username and password are enough. VPNWO stores your account identifier, authentication details, plan status, traffic usage and account-related service settings to verify logins, deliver subscriptions, show remaining service status and handle account requests. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in your username.

Order records may include the selected plan or traffic package, amount, payment method, order status, creation and processing times, plus essential transaction identifiers returned by the payment provider. This information is used to confirm payment, activate service, reconcile accounts, process refunds and investigate disputes. Text, screenshots and diagnostic details that users voluntarily submit in tickets are used only to address the related issue.

Website analytics may include visit times, page paths, referring pages, browser type, device and operating-system category, approximate network origin and basic error details. This data helps verify that pages load correctly, identify compatibility issues and improve site navigation. It is not used to build profiles of users' browsing across international routes.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNWO does not record which websites users visit or retain network requests, transmitted content or history that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. Data required for network acceleration may be processed during transmission as technically necessary, but it is not retained as a long-term record of user activity.

The service does not create routine connection logs that can be used to trace a user's network activity, so there is no fixed retention period for such logs. To maintain routes and troubleshoot issues, the system may process minimal operational status, error types and aggregated traffic data. This information is used to assess service health, contains no browsing content and is not used to reconstruct browsing history. Diagnostic materials submitted by users through tickets are linked to the relevant ticket and deleted or de-identified once the purpose is complete.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use cookies or browser local storage to retain essential state, such as login sessions, language preferences, interface settings and security-check results. This data keeps users signed in, restores their choices and reduces repetitive actions. After cookies or local storage are cleared, some preferences return to their defaults and the login session may expire.

When usage analytics are enabled, these technologies may also distinguish consecutive visits and aggregate page usage. VPNWO does not create browsing profiles for cross-site advertising. Users can restrict or clear this data in their browser settings, but disabling essential storage may prevent the user panel from maintaining sessions or saving settings.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

VPNWO supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service, and payment credentials and account information are transmitted and stored according to that provider's rules. VPNWO receives the transaction result, amount, status and essential identifiers needed to complete an order, but does not directly control the third party's independent data practices.

Except where needed to complete payments, provide infrastructure, perform essential analytics, handle disputes or meet applicable requirements, VPNWO does not provide account data to external organizations. Service providers may process information only as necessary to perform their assigned tasks and must apply safeguards appropriate to their responsibilities.

Data Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

Account and service settings are retained while the account remains active. Order, refund and transaction records are kept as needed for reconciliation, dispute handling and applicable requirements. Website analytics and operational diagnostic data are retained only as long as necessary for analysis, maintenance or security purposes. Once the purpose ends, data is deleted, aggregated or de-identified, except for transaction records that must be retained by law.

To access, correct or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the ticket portal. To prevent someone else from acting on your behalf, account verification may be required before processing. After an account is deleted, subscription delivery and user-panel access cannot continue. Records still needed for reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling or necessary obligations will be cleared after the relevant purpose ends.

This policy may be updated as service features, data practices or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, along with an updated “Last updated” date. When there are material changes to the scope of processing, VPNWO will explain them through a visible notice in the user panel. Continued use of the updated service means you have read the revised policy.
