These terms apply to the cross-border network access and subscription services provided by VPNWO. By visiting this website, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you must stop using the relevant services. Before activating a subscription, assess your network environment, access needs, and local rules.

Service scope and applicability

VPNWO provides cross-border access and network acceleration through international routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The services include account management, plan activation, subscription access, route connections, and related technical support. Routes are scheduled according to maintenance, network quality, and regional conditions, so the routes available for connection may change with operating conditions.

VPNWO currently provides 120+ countries / 190+ routes. This coverage describes the overall range available for scheduling and does not mean that every region, network environment, or access destination will perform identically at all times. Choose a suitable region and route for your intended use, then verify the connection in the client.

Account and subscription rules

No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Keep your login credentials secure and take responsibility for subscriptions, route usage, and other activity performed through your account. If you notice unusual credential activity or cannot log in, change your password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

The service supports unlimited devices online at the same time, but may only be used by the account holder and devices managed by that person. Unlimited devices does not authorize reselling, renting, public distribution, or sharing account credentials among multiple people. You may not sell subscriptions, publish login information, provide connection access to others in bulk, or split or transfer the service through a commercial proxy arrangement.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan type, traffic allowance, and current account status before submitting an order; usage records after activation are based on the data shown in the user panel.

Acceptable use requirements

When using VPNWO, you must comply with the laws and regulations, network service rules, and third-party platform terms applicable in your location and the location of the access destination. The services are intended only for lawful cross-border access, international website access, remote collaboration, research, and other ordinary network activities.

You may not use the services to infringe the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, interfere with network facilities, send malicious traffic, commit fraud, or conduct other unlawful activities. You may not continuously occupy route resources through automated methods or initiate abnormal connections in a way that affects other users' normal access. You are solely responsible for legal liability, third-party claims, or account losses arising from your conduct.

Service availability and limitations of liability

Cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, device systems, access destination policies, route maintenance, and third-party infrastructure. VPNWO will continue maintaining its routes and client access capabilities, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or consistent results for every access destination, region, or network environment.

If a connection is interrupted, speeds change, or access becomes temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected route failures, third-party service changes, user device configuration, system permissions, or events beyond reasonable control, VPNWO will investigate and restore service where feasible. Keep the client updated, check system time and permissions, and switch to an available route when necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNWO is not liable for indirect losses resulting from improper configuration, compromised credentials, violations of third-party rules, or unlawful use. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Account restrictions, termination, and changes to these terms

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, maliciously consume resources, disrupt service operations, conduct unlawful activities, or repeatedly violate these terms, VPNWO may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To protect the platform and other users, VPNWO may retain necessary account status, order, and technical records when handling abnormal activity.

You may stop using the services at any time. Account suspension or termination does not affect responsibilities that arose before termination or rights that remain applicable under the refund terms. VPNWO may revise these terms when its service scope, operating procedures, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Continuing to use the services means that you accept the revised terms.

Refund terms

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. The refund request must be submitted from the relevant account so that the order and subscription status can be verified. Provide enough information to identify the order and avoid submitting the same request more than once.

The refund terms address evaluation of the service after the first payment and do not change monthly traffic reset schedules, plan upgrade rules, or traffic package properties. If a refund request involves unusual account activity, unclear order ownership, or an unconfirmed payment status, VPNWO may complete the necessary checks before processing the request.
